scinphigeek saw the new Trader Joe's on 17th and E Madison having employee training and shelf stocking, so it looks like they'll be opening within a week.We also signed a lease on a brand-new townhouse a few blocks away, on E Denny and 20th. For an additional $50/month we get upgraded to hardwood floors, gas range, double sink, gas fireplace, two mini-balconies and a jacuzzi.
