Huckleberry Ice Cream
I just realized I'm eating huckleberries.
In the winter.
This is incredibly shocking to me because I've always eaten them in the woods in the summer and fall, but never in the winter.
They must have a huckleberry farm somewhere, and a freezer full of huckleberries.
Terrifying.
