In the course of writing more unit tests for Borges I came upon a race condition. I thought it had existed before, but now I have confirmation (since the tests deadlock 2/3rds of the time).

In all, I've written about 300 lines of new code and comments for the Borges RequestHandlers, and understand how they work much, much better. Unfortunately the tests are still highly redundant, due to the amount of very small changes to tests. I'm not sure how much I can refactor into test methods or not.
